Holm vs Couch
Jane “The Fleetwood
Assassin” Couch is set to invade America on Sunday. It will
be Couch’s 3rd attempt to capture her 6th
world crown and try to put a halt to Holm’s 7 fight winning
streak. Couch has called on sports specialists at Filton
College in Bristol to help her cope with the effects of
altitude which she will face in Albuquerque.
“Holm is a big star out there and
will be another tough challenge,” said Couch.
It will be Holm’s 4th
defense of her Women’s IBA Junior Welterweight World Title.
She also holds the WBA Welterweight World Title. Holm has
skyrocketed to the top of women’s boxing after destroying
Christy Martin and Mia St. John. This will be Holm’s 5th
sold out show at the beautiful Isleta Casino & Resort.
