Albuquerque’s
very own undisputed welterweight world champion Holly Holm will
be featured in a music video for Country Music Channel. The
segment will be titled “Women’s Work” and will feature women
with unique jobs. Holly’s music video debut will be airing later
on this summer.
Filming will be on Friday, June 8th at Jackson/Winkeljohn Gym.
The camera will focus on highlights of women’s boxing with shots
of Holly’s hands getting wrapped and hitting the punching bag.
Holly will also show off one of her eight title belts. Besides
her sparring with a male boxer they will very likely tape quite
a bit of her fancy foot work as she shadow boxes. No doubt she
will make Albuquerque very proud.
Holm has been featured this year already on Fox Sports Net.,
Best Damn Sports Show and headlined an ESPN2 card. Holly is
looking forward to making her debut on CMT.
